WidgetFlightPay is provided solely to help you estimate potential pay amounts. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete, and you must confirm all calculations against your official employer documentation before relying on them.
02No Data Storage
All pay calculations and flight data you enter are processed locally in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or retain any of the information you provide. You remain responsible for safeguarding any proprietary, confidential, or personal data you input into the tool.
03Use Restrictions
You may use WidgetFlightPay and any exported artifacts only for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, lease, rent, transfer, or otherwise make the tool or any derivative works available to third parties without our prior written consent.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, or attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, trade secrets, or structural framework of WidgetFlightPay or any exported artifact. If applicable law permits reverse engineering to achieve interoperability, you must first notify us in writing and provide reasonable details of your objective.

WidgetFlightPay, including all related software, documentation, and content, is owned by its creator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights or licenses are granted except the limited right to use the tool in accordance with these Terms of Use.
05Disclaimers
WidgetFlightPay is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the tool is at your own risk.
06Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of WidgetFlightPay or reliance on its results.
07Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the creator of WidgetFlightPay and any affiliates from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the tool or violation of these Terms of Use.
08Modifications
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will modify the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of WidgetFlightPay after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
